When visiting a new area its always difficult to know what to tie or buy. Heres a few ideas about what you should put in your fly box when coming to Northern Sweden.
My own personal advice is first and foremost take those flies with you that you feel comfortable with, flies that work for you at home. We in Sweden tend to be very conservative with fly choice and you may already have a fly with you that can help to give you that day of fishing that you have been dreaming and planing for.
If it is Grayling fishing you are interested in then I suggest one of the following flies.
Nymphs Streamers
- Olive green Stone fly nymphs (8-14)
